PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY:
Mr. Jubok has twenty five years of experience involving operations, training and technical activities related to environmental, and health and safety activities for industry, government and military organizations and commercial clients. He has been responsible for the training and compliance with OSHA regulations for company personnel as the Vice President and General Manager of field services and construction company. Today, he is responsible for preparing and reviewing work protocols and schedules, establishing project milestones, and for on-time product delivery on time as well as the preparation of technical reports and other documents. Additionally, he conducts training assessments, identifies gaps in requirements and compliance and then designs and performs the needed training. Training is specialized in the areas of OSHA 10 and 30 hour construction and general safety, work place practices, HAZWOPER, response to chemical, biological and nuclear incidents for first responders. He is an on call instructor to various training organizations.
Other areas of expertise include; identification of unknown containerized materials, characterization, transportation and disposal of industrial chemicals, delineation of subsurface contaminants on both industrial and governmental facilities and their subsequent cleanup, UST removals, and chemical and biological response experience as a military officer. He has served over 25 years in the US Army, Army National Guard, and Army Reserve as a Chemical and Biological Warfare Specialist and training officer developing, implementing and evaluating training programs in the areas of leadership, training program development, instructional techniques, audience characterization and the presentation of technical materials to non-technical individuals.
