• Phase I, II, and III services are performed by our staff on all types of properties either as stand alone services or in conjunction with other work we do for our clients.

Ctgroup in our first year of operations performed over 100 specialized projects. These projects ranged from Phase I and II property assessments to developing major health care chemical and biological terrorist procedures throughout Maryland, Delaware, the District of Columbia and Northern Virginia. Surveys have been conducted for the purposes of :

• Purchasing properties,

• Divesting properties,

• Preparing a listing of existing liabilities,

• Past property uses,

• A physical and pictorial description of the site,

• Identification of significant environmental concerns.

Chemical and Biological terrorist response procedures were developed for a Baltimore based major medical facility to address the receipt of patients effected by an industrial or terrorist accident or event. Procedures included:

• Traffic control and security,

• Triage,

• Decontamination,

• Patient treatment and management,

• Internal hospital coordination and consolidation of resources.
